清洗終冷(leng)(leng)(leng)器(qi)時(shi),大多使用(yong)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)液槽(cao)(cao)(cao)中(zhong)煤氣冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)液進過噴(pen)(pen)灑泵(beng)自身打(da)循環,當(dang)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)液槽(cao)(cao)(cao)接近滿槽(cao)(cao)(cao)時(shi),再用(yong)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)液泵(beng)將冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)液槽(cao)(cao)(cao)中(zhong)的冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)液送到機械化澄清槽(cao)(cao)(cao)。不過因為多次(ci)循環噴(pen)(pen)灑后,噴(pen)(pen)灑液中(zhong)苯的含量較大,再次(ci)送入終冷(leng)(leng)(leng)器(qi)清掃時(shi),這些萘又會被帶(dai)入終冷(leng)(leng)(leng)器(qi)中(zhong),冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)后,析出冷(leng)(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)在冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)管(guan)上,增加其終阻力。
終冷(leng)(leng)器維修(xiu)廠家指出,在采用煤氣冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)液(ye)作(zuo)為(wei)噴灑(sa)液(ye)時(shi),其冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)液(ye)溫度通常(chang)控制在23-25攝氏度左右,如果其溫度太低的話,充當噴灑(sa)液(ye)進(jin)行清掃,較難溶化凝(ning)結在終冷(leng)(leng)器內部冷(leng)(leng)卻管上的萘等堵塞物質。
另(ling)外,對于終(zhong)冷(leng)器(qi)的冷(leng)卻(que)面積也(ye)有一定的標準。噴灑(sa)終(zhong)冷(leng)器(qi)時沒有放空(kong)終(zhong)冷(leng)器(qi)中(zhong)的冷(leng)卻(que)水,用蒸汽(qi)加熱冷(leng)凝液(ye)槽中(zhong)的液(ye)體,因此(ci)很難徹底(di)清除管壁以及冷(leng)卻(que)水管之間得附著物,故而會導致清掃效果變差。
終冷(leng)器維修(xiu)廠家指出,在(zai)用蒸(zheng)汽吹掃終(zhong)冷(leng)(leng)器(qi)(qi)時(shi),用泵將(jiang)清掃終(zhong)冷(leng)(leng)器(qi)(qi)排出的(de)冷(leng)(leng)凝液(ye)送(song)到(dao)機械化(hua)澄清槽時(shi),非(fei)常容易堵塞管(guan)(guan)道,而且不容易清掃,漏到(dao)地面的(de)液(ye)體(ti)會(hui)很快凝固成固體(ti)。出現該情(qing)況,大多(duo)是因(yin)為初冷(leng)(leng)器(qi)(qi)進出口煤氣溫度(du)控制過高,導致(zhi)煤氣中(zhong)的(de)萘(nai)(nai)、焦油等(deng)物質沒有很好(hao)地冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)下(xia)來,經過橫管(guan)(guan)終(zhong)冷(leng)(leng)器(qi)(qi)時(shi),便會(hui)隨著(zhu)煤氣溫度(du)逐漸下(xia)降,此時(shi)需用噴灑(sa)液(ye)將(jiang)結晶萘(nai)(nai)清洗(xi)下(xia)來,確保終(zhong)冷(leng)(leng)器(qi)(qi)有較好(hao)的(de)冷(leng)(leng)卻(que)效果。
